ArmorZone - Portable Plastic Barrier
ArmorZone is the newest in portable plastic barrier technology providing users with improved safety and cost efficiency. Tested to both NCHRP 350 and EN1317, ArmorZone has been developed to meet the demanding needs of a hand portable barrier.
Manufactured using the latest in rotor moulding design, ArmorZone is formed using 100% UV stabilised polyethylene plastic, taking away the need for internal or external steel reinforcement. This helps to reduce cost and weight whilst making each section 100% recyclable, and ZERO MAINTENANCE.
Highly durable, ArmorZone can withstand minor design impacts with NO NEED TO REPAIR (820kg vehicle, 70 km/h, 20 degree angle). With only one connector and at 50kg per unit ArmorZone is an uncomplicated light weight system, making it extremely safe, easy and quick to handle, assemble and disassemble.
Up to 45 units can be loaded per 2.4m x 6.0m truck bed providing significant transportation savings when compared to similar plastic barrier systems.
With installation speeds of 120m per hour, including the filling of water, ArmorZone provides substantial savings on labour costs.
